Who is Moisés Barrio Andrés?

Doctor of Law, Professorof Digital Law atCarlos III University of Madrid, advisoron regulation, consultant,and Legal Counsel to the Council of State. Among other regulations, he has participated in the drafting of the Charter of Digital Rights andRegulation AI. In 1992, he founded IDESOFT, a software and technology solutions company specializing in cybersecurity that was a pioneer on the Internet. He is amember of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation andExpert Group Cyberpolitics of the Elcano Royal Institute and the National Cybersecurity Forum. He is amember of the Advisory Council on Innovation, Legal Practice, and Digital Justice of the Spanish Bar Association andbelongs to the Advisory Board of Aranzadi LA LEY
