Who is Juan Manuel Fernández Martínez?

President of the National Court. Law degree from the University of Navarra. President of the High Court of Justice of Navarra, from 2004 to 2014. He was a member of the General Council of the Judiciary and a member of the Monitoring Committee for the Brasilia Rules. Awarded the Cross of Honor of the Order of St. Raymond of Peñafort in 2013 by the Ministry of Justice.
