Who is Juan Albino Méndez?

Professor of Systems Engineering and Automation at the University of La Laguna (ULL). His research focuses on control engineering and intelligent systems. He has developed applications using AI techniques in various fields, particularly medicine and energy. He has held several university management positions, most notably as Vice-Rector for Culture.
