Who is Carlos Martín Galán?

He holds a degree in Computer Engineering and a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of La Laguna. He is currently an Associate Professor at the University of La Laguna, where he teaches undergraduate and master's courses related to computer science and automation. He also works at the Institute of Astrophysics of the Canary Islands, where he has been employed since 1996 and currently serves as IT Services Manager. His expertise focuses on ICT infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and the management of technology projects and services.
