Description

In this conference, Addar Achimenceyate (the tip of the Hidalgo) and the Guanche worldview reflected in numerous sacred deposits will be addressed. The research has allowed, in parallel, recover and locate guanches of this territory and reveal the connection that exists between landscape, beliefs and astronomy. In the dialogue with the journalist Verónica Galán, he will affect a new look on the indigenous heritage and his footprint in the history of Tenerife, even after the conquest, where Guanche elements survived in the religious imaginary.

Following the conference a guided tour of the exhibition by Professor Farrujia will be held.
