Sergio Siverio Luis

Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of La Laguna and tutor at the UNED (National University of Distance Education) in Tenerife. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of La Laguna and has undertaken international research stays at the University of Pisa and the University of Catania, in addition to participating in national research and knowledge transfer projects. He currently serves as Vice Dean of Academic Affairs and Students at the Faculty of Law of the University of La Laguna.
