Who is Raquel Marín Cruzado?

Raquel Marín Cruzado is a professor of physiology at the University of La Laguna and neuroscientific specialized in the study of the brain and aging. Her research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of cognitive impairment and the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases through food and lifestyle. She is also a recognized scientific disseminator, author of several books on brain health and aging, and regular collaborator in the media.
