Who is Carlos Batallas Sordo?

A member of the Spanish Red Cross's Center for International Humanitarian Law and a professor at IE University, he has over 25 years of experience with the International Committee of the Red Cross, leading humanitarian operations in conflict zones such as Yemen, Palestine, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Colombia, promoting the protection and dignity of victims.
