Who is Carlos Batallas Sordo?

Member of the International Humanitarian Law Center of the Spanish Red Cross and professor at IE University. With more than 25 years in the International Committee of the Red Cross, he has directed humanitarian operations in conflict areas such as Yemen, Palestine, Democratic Republic of Congo or Colombia, promoting the protection and dignity of the victims.
