Analyst and Consultant for the EU-IPA II, European FWC, OAS and several Thinktanks of the US and Spain. Author and co -author of academic books and chapters. Conference and winner of journalism awards such as the First Prize Army of Printed Media awarded by the Army General Staff (1997) or the UNICEF Journalism Award for its coverage in the Gulf War in Iraq (1991).
