Alberto Domínguez Martínez is a professor and researcher at the University of La Laguna and director of the University Institute of Neuroscience (Iune) of the University of La Laguna. His line of work focuses on the cognitive and neurobiological processes involved in the recognition and learning of words, both in maternal and foreign languages. It combines behavioral and electrophysiological approaches, and develops clinical applications in the field of language disorders, such as aphasia.
