Acerina Cruz Suárez

Poet, teacher, and researcher. She holds degrees in Art History and Advertising. She has published a dozen poetry collections, including Desolation (2009), The Mermaid's Corpse (2012), Tourist Planet (2014), If the Sand Resists (2019), Winter Archive (2022), Out of Place (2025), and The Bottom -Cleaning (2025). In 2010, she received an honorable mention in the "Isaac de Vega" short story competition for young adults, awarded by the CajaCanarias Foundation. Her main area of ​​research is tourism and the land.
