This seminar will bring together three experts from the University of La Laguna - Raquel Marín, María Ángeles Alonso and Naira Delgado - to explore how neuroscience allows you to know better crucial aspects of everyday life, through cognition, emotion and brain health. From complementary perspectives, they will analyze the role of food, mental processes and social factors in the functioning of the brain, and how these aspects are reflected in everyday life. The session will be moderated by Ernesto Pereda de Pablo, Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of La Laguna, providing an integrative look between science, technology and well -being.
