The widespread use of tools that allow access to people's deepest identities is one of the results of the relentless expansion of technology in the world of work. The impact of neurotechnologies on employment is imminent, and their application is inevitable in fundamental aspects of its dynamics: from recruitment and health and safety monitoring (stress management, fatigue control, cognitive workload management, and concentration control), to the very control of workers themselves.
