Conference. Ethics and regulation in intelligent algorithms and their implementation in Spain

The main ethical and regulatory challenges posed by the use of intelligent algorithms in today's society will be addressed, with particular attention to their impact on automated decision-making, the protection of fundamental rights, transparency, human oversight, and bias prevention. European AI regulations and the Spanish government's governance measures within its AI Strategy will be explained, including sandboxes , trust seals, and the Algorithm Oversight Agency.
