Treatment responsible

The person responsible for the processing of your data is Fyde Cajacanarias Foundation, with a registered office in the CajaCanarias Cultural Space in Plaza del Adelantado, Nº3, 38201 San Cristóbal de la Laguna and email for this purpose at the Administration direction@fyde-cajacanarias.es.

 

Purpose of the treatment

FYDE CAJACANARIAS treats your personal data, in order to provide information on training, sensitization, advertising and for the establishment of the maintenance of the pre-contractual and contractual relationship.

All data discussed are necessary for the correct provision and access to the services of FYDE Cajacanarias, and will be kept during the time required at all times, and at least for five years.

 

Legitimation of treatment

The legitimation for the processing of their data by FYDE Cajacanarias is based on:

  • In the execution of a pre -contract/contract, to send the information and provide the requested service, not being possible its realization otherwise.

 

Recipients of your data

Data to third parties will not be assigned except for legal obligation or in the event that is necessary to meet your request.

 

Rights on your data

Once you have provided your data to FYDE CAJACANARIAS, you will have the right to exercise detailed rights:

Right of access :  right to consult and access the personal data that FYDE CAJACANARIAS is dealing with at all times.

Right of rectification:  Right to request the modification or rectification of your data if they were inaccurate.

Right of treatment limitation :  Right to limit the processing of your data, in which case they will be preserved only to comply with the legal obligations of FYDE CAJACANARIAS.

Right of suppression :  right to request that your data be deleted or suppressed, when among other reasons they are no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.

Right of portability of your data:  right to receive your data in a format that allow being treated by another person responsible, and whenever technically possible.

Right of opposition:  right to oppose at any time to the processing of your data by the person responsible for the treatment or a third party.

In the event that the treatment has its legitimation in its previous consent, it has the right to revoke it at any time, as long as the treatment is not necessary by FYDE CAJACANARIAS for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or the fulfillment of a public interest.

 

In addition, the right to submit a claim is attended if they discrete the way in which their data has been discussed by FYDE CAJACANARIAS, in that case it can be directed to the addresses that are facilitated by FYDE CAJACANARIAS and in any case to the Control Authority, the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, in the C/Jorge Juan, No. 6 CP 28001 Madrid, or on the website  https://www.agpd.es.

For the exercise of these rights, you must prove your identity, attaching photocopy of your ID and if it is through representative, it will be necessary that the request be accompanied by express authorization and copy of your ID and the DNI of the representative.

The communication can be done in our center, or in the postal mail Cajacanarias Cultural La Laguna in Plaza del Adelantado , Nº3, 38202 La Laguna, with the reference protection of data, or in the email  administration@fyde-cajacanarias.es .

FYDE CAJACANARIAS You must answer the request for the exercise of rights within one month from the receipt of the application. This period may be extended for another two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of applications. We will inform you of any extension within one month from the reception of the application indicating the reasons for the delay.

 

ORIGIN

Your data is obtained when you facilitate them through email or through any of the forms that we make at your disposal.

FYDE CAJACANARIAS treats its identifying data such as the name, surname, DNI, postal and electronic address, telephone and signature, in addition to personal data about their state, age, sex, date of birth, also data of their work activity and job in addition to those others necessary for their verification.

The FYDE CAJACANARIAS Foundation has adopted the levels of protection of legally required personal data, and has installed all technical means and measures at its disposal to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of them.
