DATA CONTROLLER

The entity responsible for processing your data is Fundación Fyde CajaCanarias, with registered office at Espacio Cultural CajaCanarias in Plaza del Adelantado, nº3, 38201 San Cristóbal de La Laguna and email address for this purpose at administracion@fyde-cajacanarias.es.

 

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

Fyde CajaCanarias processes your personal data in order to provide you with information on training, awareness, advertising and for the establishment and maintenance of the pre-contractual and contractual relationship.

All data processed is necessary for the proper provision of and access to Fyde CajaCanarias services, and will be kept for the time required by the regulations at any given time, and at least for five years.

 

LEGITIMACY OF THE PROCESSING

The legal basis for the processing of your data by Fyde CajaCanarias is:

  • In the execution of a pre-contract/contract, to send you the information and provide you with the requested service, it not being possible to carry it out otherwise.

 

RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA

Data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required or if necessary to fulfill your request.

 

RIGHTS OVER YOUR DATA

Once you have provided your data to Fyde CajaCanarias, you will have the right to exercise the rights detailed below:

Right of access :  Right to consult and access the personal data that Fyde CajaCanarias is processing at any given time.

Right of rectification:  Right to request the modification or rectification of your data if it is inaccurate.

Right to limit processing :  Right to limit the processing of your data, in which case they will only be kept to comply with the legal obligations of Fyde CajaCanarias.

Right to erasure :  The right to request that your data be erased or deleted, when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Right to data portability:  The right to receive your data in a format that allows it to be processed by another controller, provided that it is technically possible.

Right to object:  Right to object at any time to the processing of your data by the data controller or a third party.

If the processing is based on your prior consent, you have the right to revoke it at any time, provided that the processing is not necessary for Fyde CajaCanarias to comply with a legal obligation or the fulfillment of a public interest.

 

Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint if you disagree with the way your data has been processed by Fyde CajaCanarias. In that case, you can contact the addresses provided for Fyde CajaCanarias and, in any case, the Supervisory Authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, at C/ Jorge Juan, nº 6 CP 28001 Madrid, or on the website  https://www.agpd.es.

To exercise these rights, you must prove your identity by attaching a photocopy of your ID card. If you are acting through a representative, the application must be accompanied by express authorization and a copy of your ID card and the representative's ID card.

Communication can be made at our center, or by mail to Espacio Cultural CajaCanarias La Laguna at Plaza del Adelantado , nº3, 38202 La Laguna, with the reference Data Protection, or by email  to administracion@fyde-cajacanarias.es .

Fyde CajaCanarias must respond to your request to exercise your rights within one month of receiving it. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. We will inform you of any extension within one month of receiving your request, stating the reasons for the delay.

 

ORIGIN

We obtain your data when you provide it to us via email or through any of the forms we make available to you.

FYDE CajaCanarias processes your identifying data such as name, surname, ID number, postal and electronic address, telephone number and signature, as well as personal data about your status, age, sex, date of birth, also data about your work activity and job position, in addition to those other data necessary for the verification of the same.

The Fyde CajaCanarias Foundation has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of personal data, and has installed all the technical means and measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of said data.
